Business Intelligence Assistant Manager

Is this your next challenge in Commercial Business Intellligence? The challenge is to: Partner closely with Commercial, Finance, and other key stakeholders to identify opportunities that drive sales growth, margin improvement, and business performance. Translate complex data into clear business insights and recommendations, presenting findings to management and business partners on a regular basis. Establish strong relationships with business stakeholders to ensure effective collaboration, project delivery, and change adoption. Lead and coordinate the budgeting and forecasting process to formulate a cohesive view of business (Sales to Total Commercial Income) with commercial team Provide PMO and governance support for business intelligence initiatives, ensuring effective execution and alignment with strategic objectives. Support market share reviews with the Senior Leadership Team. Advocate the use of data as the voice of the customer and support the development of a data-driven decision-making culture Drive the enhancement of reporting, visualization, and analytical capabilities to improve business transparency and decision quality. Support the Business Intelligence Lead in leading and developing a team of analysts to deliver timely, actionable insights for the Hong Kong and Macau Food business. Do you have experience in Planning and Analysis? Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Finance / Accounting / Business Administration / Information System / Statistics Minimum 5 years of working experience in Financial Planning and Analysis in FMCG / retail industry is preferred. Strong retail planning and analytical skills, solid skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint are essential Knowledge in SQL, Tableau/Power BI and Google Analytics is an advantage Good command of English and Chinese, fluent in mandarin is an advantage Be able to work well as a team and independently A natural curiosity to interrogate data and identify hidden patterns to support business needs
