Company: ARIT Company Limited. Location: MS Siam Tower (Rama3) Job Descriptions: Receive information and requirements from the Sales team and execute tasks according to the assignment. Coordinate with relevant internal and external parties, including: - Liaise with trainers/ facilitators to prepare for training programs and course development. - Coordinate with the Accounting and Credit departments to process billing requests, issue invoices and receipts, handle payment disbursements, manage IOU requests and settlements, and process expenses related to training events. - Coordinate with the Legal department to obtain legal documents, such as Power of Attorney, Company Affidavits, contracts, and other related documents. - Coordinate with suppliers to request quotations and place orders, including catering arrangements (snacks and lunch), venue bookings, accommodation, hotels, and other training-related services. Demonstrate a strong service-minded attitude by providing excellent customer hospitality and ensuring the smooth execution of training events. Prepare all necessary arrangements prior to training sessions, including registration forms, evaluation forms, pre- and post-training assessments, refreshments, meals, and training materials/equipment. Compile training results and evaluation outcomes and prepare training summary reports. Prepare sales support documents, including quotations, Job Control forms, and other documentation that supports sales activities. Monitor and manage inventory and training equipment to ensure availability and readiness for customer service. Conduct research and gather information to support sales activities, such as competitor analysis, market surveys, and providing recommendations that contribute to business growth. Perform other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or other related fields. 1-3 years of experiences in Sales Support, Sales coordinator or related field. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications, with the ability to create presentations and prepare academic or business-related documents effectively. Possess a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills. Responsible, reliable, and punctual. Able to work effectively under pressure and within tight deadlines, while demonstrating flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances. Demonstrate a willingness to learn, continuously improve, and develop capabilities for future career advancement. Be available to work off-site in both Bangkok and other provinces, as well as on weekends or public holidays when training events are scheduled.
