RESPONSIBILITIES: Support daily import hub operations at Free Zone Warehouse (Suvarnabhumi Airport). Supervise vendors and labor staff to ensure efficient cargo handling and container loading. Coordinate with the Air Gateway team to ensure smooth shipment processing. Scan and verify shipment labels and barcodes for accurate distribution. Monitor cargo loading activities and ensure compliance with operational procedures. Prepare operational reports and maintain shipment records. Assist with physical cargo handling when required. Work across rotating shifts, including day and night shifts. OUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Aviation Management, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in warehouse, logistics, or freight forwarding operations. Good coordination skills with vendors and internal teams. Basic English communication skills, both written and spoken. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook). Willing to work rotating day and night shifts. Able to work at Suvarnabhumi Airport Free Zone Warehouse. Team player with attention to detail.
