Role Purpose : To support the implementation of the Par Fund Segregation initiative by providing analytical, data, and project support for par fund segregation and related par management project. Role and responsibilities: Perform detailed actuarial modeling and analysis to support pricing decisions and ensure alignment with product and financial objectives. Project & Coordination Support: Support the end-to-end Par Fund Segregation project, including design, implementation, and operational readiness. Data & Analysis Support: Assist in compiling, validating, and reconciling data related to par fund segregation project. Documentation & Governance: Maintain clear documentation, support preparation of internal governance materials, including ALCO / committee papers and audit support documentation. Operational Readiness: Support testing and validation of new processes related to Par fund segregation. Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, statistics, or a related quantitative discipline. · Industry Experience: 2–5 years of actuarial experience within the life insurance industry, preferably with exposure to corporate actuarial / par fund management. Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both actuarial and non-actuarial audiences.
