What you'll be doing - Manage BI & Data Analytics through identifying initiatives and opportunities, improve business performance through data insights. Develop and implement data analysis strategies that align with organizational goals. Define company-wide (HQ and Regional) key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics for consistent measurement. Extract, validate, and analyze data from various internal and external sources. Work with business stakeholders such as key business leaders, IT teams and data engineers to achieve data-driven goals, offer value-adding advice in utilizing data to optimize efficiencies. Proactively communicate co-form business plans involving data collection and utilization. Manage and prioritize business demands according to top-level business direction, end process/benefit analysis and suggest roadmap for approval. Support ad hoc analysis and high-priority business requests. Drive adoption of a data-driven culture within the organization through training and governance initiatives. Ensure business requests are fully understood, documented, analyzed and validated by all parties. Familiarity with data governance, security, and compliance standards. Office base in HK and visit Overseas offices when necessary About you: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of proven experiences in business intelligence, data analytics, or related roles. Minimum of 3 years of proven experiences in team leader role, or related roles. Strong knowledge of BI and tools (such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker), data engineering, data modeling, data Warehousing, data Lakehouse and data governance concepts. Proven track record managing large-scale data/BI projects. Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable business insights Knowledge of cloud data platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), machine learning or advanced analytics is a advantageous.
