We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Accountant to manage daily financial records, report preparation, tax filings, and other finance-related tasks. This position requires strong numerical proficiency, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members to ensure the accuracy and completeness of the company’s financial data, while adhering to all regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Daily Accounting Operations: Process daily transactions, ensuring accurate recording and classification of all entries. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable, ensuring timely billing and payments. Review invoices, receipts, and other accounting documents for accuracy. Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Analyze financial data and provide management with reports on the company’s financial performance and position. Tax Filing and Compliance: Prepare and submit tax filings for the company, including VAT, corporate income tax, and other relevant taxes. Ensure compliance with local regulations and international financial reporting standards (IFRS/GAAP). Cash Flow Management: Assist in monitoring and forecasting cash flow to ensure efficient use of company funds. Reconcile bank statements and adjust accounts as necessary. Audit Support: Assist with external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations during the annual audit process. Financial Process Improvement: Continuously improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. Job Requirements: Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional Qualifications: CPA (Certified Public Accountant) or similar certification preferred. Work Experience: 4-7 years of accounting-related experience, with exposure to financial reporting and tax filing preferred. Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) is an advantage. Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), with a solid understanding of accounting software and financial systems. Strong financial analysis and problem-solving skills. Excellent time management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively. Language Skills: Fluency in Thai is required, with strong communication in English preferred.
