KEY RESPONSIBILITIES · Coordinate sales orders and related documentation with the Sales, Procurement. · Process and confirm customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. · Prepare and manage sales documents, including Purchase Requisitions (PR), Quotations, Invoices, and Delivery Notes. · Maintain customer records and provide administrative support for sales operations. · Manage customer claims, expense applications, and other sales-related documentation. · Monitor and control inventory, prepare stock reports, and conduct regular inventory checks. · Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations and inventory management. · Perform other duties as assigned by the Company. · Maintain accurate sales records and prepare regular sales reports as required. · Support the Sales team with administrative tasks and coordination to ensure efficient daily operations document. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS · Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. · At least 1 year experience working as Admin or Sale in any industry · Previous experience in Sales Administration, Sales Support, Administration, or a related field is an advantage. · Good communication of both written and spoken English. · Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). · Good communication and coordination skills with the ability to work effectively across teams. · Self-motivated, proactive, professional, and able to work independently as well as part of a team. · Strong customer service mindset and commitment to delivering excellent customer experiences.
