Assistant Client Account Officer (Corporate Clients)

We are the largest Singaporean stockbroker by both market capitalisation and size of sales-force, with an extensive foothold in the regional and global markets. We are looking for qualified individuals to join us. Responsibilities: Handle corporate client onboarding and account maintenance processes Ensure all KYC and AML procedures are conducted in accordance with SOPs and CDD policies Perform system data entry accurately and efficiently Meet agreed service level standards and turnaround times Work closely with the Sales and Back Office teams to facilitate account-related matters Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor Requirements: Higher Diploma or above 1 to 3 years of experience in corporate account opening within the brokerage or banking industry is preferred Detail-oriented with strong attention to accuracy in document review and data entry Strong interpersonal skills with a team-oriented mindset Proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin Effectively using AI is preferred Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Client Account Assistant We offer good career prospects, competitive remuneration packages to the right candidates.
