Please visit our website: www.turnerandtownsend.com Job Description Position Overview We are looking Graduate Project Manager and Graduate Building Surveyor to join us Graduate Building Surveyor Key Responsibilities 1. Project Support & Coordination Assist in planning, design coordination, tendering, and site administration for A&A, renovation, maintenance, and building improvement projects. Support Project Managers and Senior Surveyors in the delivery of consultancy assignments. Prepare meeting minutes, project schedules, reports, and site records. 2. Building Surveying & Technical Tasks Conduct building inspections, condition surveys, defect diagnosis, and prepare inspection reports. Assist in statutory review, compliance checks, and preparation of submission documents under senior guidance. Support preparation of drawings, specifications, estimates, and tender documents. 3. Government & Institutional Projects Support the team in handling government maintenance & repair term contracts and public-sector projects. Assist with documentation, measurement, contract administration, and coordination with consultants/contractors. 4. Statutory & Regulatory Support Help senior team members with BD/FSD-related submissions and technical documentation. Assist in tracking statutory timelines, approvals, and compliance requirements. 5. Administrative, Reporting & Team Support Maintain project records, filing, and document control. Coordinate with clients, consultants, and contractors for technical and administrative tasks. Support senior staff on business proposals, presentations, and internal initiatives when required. Qualifications Degree in Building Surveying, Construction, Architecture, or related discipline. Interest in pursuing HKIS / RICS professional qualification. Internship experience in building surveying, A&A works, or construction projects is an advantage. Skills & Competencies Eager to learn, proactive, and committed to developing a long-term career in building surveying. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Basic knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting tools is an advantage. Self-motivated, responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team environment. Graduate Project Manager Key responsiblities: To support project management commissions. To facilitate the implementation of processes to manage time, cost and quality of the project. To produce project plans. To monitor project progress and other performance indicators, including preparation of progress reports. To track and document changes. To liaise with the project stakeholders.
