Job Duties: Extract/ collect/ interpret management information from customer system, transaction monitoring, payment screening system…etc. Engage in process optimization, collect, and analyze data for AML/CFT workflow reviews, monitor false positives, and highlight inefficiencies. Support preparation of dashboards and performance reports using tools such as Excel and Tableau. Conduct system UAT, data lineage test and/or user validation when required. Manage user requirement(s) for AML systems covering customer, payment screening and transaction monitoring systems. Coordinate with Compliance, Business, Operations, and IT teams to ensure smooth rollout of system projects and timelines. Liaise mainly with Head Office IT and system business analyst for system enhancement. Assist to develop Robot Process Automation (RPA) / Power automate. Assist with ad hoc projects and programs. Requirement: Professional AML/CFT qualifications (e.g. AAMLP, ACAMS, CGSS, etc.) will be a distinct advantage. Around 3 years of experience with AML systems e.g. screening, transaction monitoring...etc. Detail-oriented with outstanding organizational, analytical and project management skills. Strong presentation and report writing skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and hands-on experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau) is highly preferred. Good time management, task prioritization, and ability to work as a team player with strong interpersonal skills. Apart of Cantonese, good command of written Chinese and spoken Putonghua is a plus.
