With multiple award-winning builds completed and a healthy pipeline of work ahead, they are now looking to bring on a Health and Safety manager to support the next phase of growth. In this position, you’ll take full responsibility for health and safety across the business providing both strategic guidance and practical support to projects and teams. It’s a varied and autonomous role that offers the chance to influence the company’s safety culture and contribute to ongoing improvements in systems and performance. To be successful in this position you will : Have experience in a construction Health & safety. Ideally be qualified or working towards completing a recognised H&S qualification Have a comprehensive understanding and knowledge of New Zealand’s health and safety legislation in construction and health and safety best practices in this field. Strong administration and report writing skills Ability to pick up new software Ability to communicate with all levels across the industry You will have a positive can-do attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile You will be a team player with a down to earth and relatable nature.
