Responsibilities Develop and execute business development strategies to achieve venue sales and leasing targets. Identify and secure new business opportunities for hosting conferences, exhibitions, corporate events, performances, and community programmes at Youth Square’s venues. Source prospective office and retail tenants and manage the full leasing cycle, including negotiations, tenancy agreements, and renewals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, agents, business partners, arts organizations, NGOs, and community stakeholders. Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking, and portfolio analysis to identify growth opportunities and maximize occupancy and revenue. Analyze sales performance, leasing portfolio, customer trends, and market demand to support strategic planning and decision-making. Prepare business proposals, quotations, sales forecasts, and management reports. Requirements Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing, Property Management, Hospitality Management, Arts Administration, or related disciplines. Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in business development, venue sales, commercial leasing, event sales, or related fields. At least 1 year of experience in the arts and cultural sector, performing arts venue, cultural institution, NGO, or community-focused organization is preferred . Proven track record in achieving sales targets and developing new business opportunities. Strong analytical, negotiation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint for business analysis and reporting. Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Candidates with more extensive experience, proven leadership capability, and a strong track record in venue sales, business development, or leasing management will be considered for a more senior position.
