Key Responsibilities Manage day-to-day administrative operations, including office facilities, supplies, fixed assets, company vehicles, and employee accommodation to ensure smooth business operations. Oversee administrative procurement, vendor selection and management, budget control, and expense processing to support operational efficiency. Coordinate with external stakeholders, including industrial estates, government authorities, landlords, and service providers, to manage administrative matters and maintain strong partnerships. Support business operations by organizing meetings, coordinating company events, managing business hospitality, and assisting with administrative projects during the company setup phase. Develop, implement, and continuously improve administrative policies, procedures, and workflows to enhance operational effectiveness. Perform other administrative duties as assigned. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in administration; experience with Chinese companies or multinational organizations is an advantage. Experience supporting a new company or factory setup from startup to operational stage is highly preferred. Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Native Thai speaker with proficiency in Chinese for business communication. Candidates with educational or professional experience in China are highly preferred.
