Key Responsibilities 1. International Sales & Business Development Develop and implement export sales strategies and international marketing plans aligned with the company's business objectives. Expand the customer base by acquiring new international customers, distributors, and business partners. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and consumer behavior in target countries. Prepare annual sales plans, budgets, and sales forecasts. 2. Key Account Management Develop and maintain strong relationships with key international customers. Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, sales contracts, and payment conditions. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. Conduct regular customer visits and business reviews to strengthen long-term partnerships. 3. Product & Market Development Collaborate with the Research & Development (R&D) team to develop products that meet customer requirements. Identify new business opportunities and introduce new products to international markets. Participate in international trade shows, exhibitions, conferences, and marketing activities. 4. Export Operations Management Coordinate with Production Planning, Manufacturing, Warehouse, and Logistics teams to ensure on-time product delivery. Manage export processes and documentation, including Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and other related documents. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, export laws, and customs requirements. 5. Sales Performance Management Monitor sales performance, profitability, and business performance across assigned markets. Analyze sales data and prepare management reports. Recommend strategies to increase sales, improve operational efficiency, and achieve business objectives. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Logistics Management, Packaging Technology, Food Science, or a related field. Minimum 8–10 years of experience in export sales, international business development, or international trade. Experience in the food and beverage packaging , plastic packaging , or paper packaging industry is required. Proven track record of successfully expanding international markets and achieving export sales growth. Knowledge & Skills Strong knowledge of international trade, export operations, and logistics. Good understanding of Incoterms , Letters of Credit (L/C) , shipping documents, and customs procedures. Knowledge of Food Contact Packaging regulations and food safety standards. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills. Excellent command of spoken and written English (Business English). Proficiency in Chinese, Japanese, or other foreign languages will be considered an advantage. Willingness and ability to travel internationally for business. Must possess a valid passport. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
