Responsibilities : Manage and develop relationships with key accounts. Execute sales strategies and account plans to achieve sales targets and business objectives. Negotiate trade terms, promotions, listings, and pricing with key customers. Monitor sales performance, sell-in / sell-out data, and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Plan, execute, and evaluate promotions, trade marketing activities, and in-store executions. Coordinate with internal teams such as Marketing, Finance, and Merchandising to ensure smooth operations. Ensure product availability, visibility, and compliance with company standards at customer outlets. Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews for management. Handle customer issues and complaints professionally to maintain long-term partnerships. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in FMCG focusing in Modern Trade. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to analyze sales data and develop strategic account plans. Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Good planning, organizational, and time-management skills. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
