Senior Project Manager / Project Manager

Responsibilities: Take lead to oversee project management of data centre projects to ensure the projects are completed within the approved budget, time frame, quality standard as well as fulfilling local regulations Draft, manage and administer all procurement of design, construction, fitting out and renovation projects in order to resolve design-related issues in conjunction with Architects, MEP consultants, vendors and operation teams. Oversee procurement process and evaluate recommendations by appointed project management company To coordinate with various end users, in-house departments, external consultants and Contractors from inception, design, construction, testing to project completion and handling over to end users To develop the project and construction schedule & critical path analysis, meeting minutes, schedule tracking and project progress reporting To manage vendors to prepare the site works method statements and obtain approval from building operation team. Ensure compliance of the relevant quality and safety standard / procedures and other statutory requirements Requirements: Degree holder in Building Services, Electrical & Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines is preferred 10+ year Data Centre project & Construction delivery experience Hyperscale Data Centre project experience will be an advantage Strong project management & communication skills and can work under pressure Knowledge of Basic Hong Kong Statutory Regulation for Data Centre is preferred Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Knowledge of Ms Project, or relevant software for project schedule preparation Candidates with less experience will be considered as Project Manager Good remuneration and attractive fringe benefits will be offered to the successful applicant.
