Your core responsibilities: Perform reserve calculations and actuarial analysis under TFRS 4, TFRS 17 and RBC Prepare and review actuarial reports and data reconciliations Support actual reporting, forecasting and business projection activities Investigate reserve movements, trends and data discrepancies Support regulatory and financial reporting requirements Participate in process improvement initiatives and ad hoc projects Your profile: Bachelor's degree or higher in Actuarial Science or related field 3-5 years of actuarial or insurance industry experience Strong knowledge of actuarial regulations and reporting standards Good understanding of insurance company operations and P&C business Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Fluent English communication skills Advanced Microsoft Excel Knowledge of TFRS 4, TFRS 17 and RBC frameworks Insurance data management and analysis ResQ, R or similar actuarial software (advantageous) Report preparation and data reconciliation Statistical and actuarial modeling techniques
