Job Responsibility: You will champion the sales and marketing of Bancassurance products at a national level, serving High Net Worth Client in partnership with the strength of 264 branches of our partnering bank. Develop and execute strategic plans to grow HNW insurance sale through the bank's affluent and high net worth channels. Collaborative with wealth management teams to embed insurance solutions into holistic wealth planning Display your entrepreneurship by riding on the sales and marketing events for new business acquisition. Deliver high quality client servicing and after sales support, ensuring long term relationship retention. Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external insurance partners. Who is qualified? A degree is valued. However, SPM holders with 5 passes inclusive of Bahasa Malaysia with related 3 years of work experience in bancassurance, wealth management, preferably with a focus on HNW clients. Deep understanding of insurance and wealth planning needs of HNWIs. Strong sales acumen and proven ability to drive revenue through advisory-led selling. Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills, high level of integrity and ethical standards.
