KYC Executive - 3 Months Contract Renewable

KYC Agent (AML Operations) Join our growing Operations team! We're looking for detail-oriented individuals with customer service or data entry experience to support KYC (Know Your Customer) verification processes. Salary & Benefits Basic Salary: RM2,200/month KPI Incentive: Up to RM400/month Night Shift Allowance: RM400/month (for applicable shifts) Annual Leave: Prorated (1 day per completed month of service) Working Details Contract Duration: 3 months Work Arrangement: Fully Work From Office Location: Mercu 2 Working Schedule: 5 days per week (including weekends) Rotating shifts every 2 months: 🌅 AM Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM ☀️ Noon Shift: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM 🌙 Night Shift: 4:00 PM – 1:00 AM Job Responsibilities Perform KYC screening and verification for customer applications in accordance with established SOPs and guidelines. Review customer information and identify suspicious or fraudulent applications. Reject or cancel fraudulent transactions from further processing. Respond to customer enquiries and escalations related to KYC matters accurately and within the required timeline. Ensure all verification activities comply with internal policies and quality standards. Job Requirements Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification. Experience in Customer Service, Data Entry, Operations, or KYC/AML is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Applicants must not be currently studying. Comfortable working fully onsite in an office environment. Strong attention to detail with good communication and problem-solving skills.
