Our client is Thailand’s leading Corporate Travel Agency. Key Responsibilities: Manage key accounts and serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients. Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their business needs, provide consultative support, and build long-term relationships. Present and update clients on the company’s latest services, solutions, and promotional campaigns. Handle customer enquiries, resolve issues, and respond to complaints in a timely and professional manner. Monitor sales performance, prepare sales reports, and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and consistently meet client expectations. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any field. Candidates from all industries are welcome to apply. Minimum 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Account Management, or a related field. Good command of English and Chinese, with strong communication and presentation skills. A TOEIC score of 700+ and HSK Level 4 or above are advantageous. Detail-oriented, enjoys travelling, and able to travel independently when required. Strong interpersonal, coordination, and relationship management skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple client accounts simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and professional email communication.
