Fleet Acquisition & Workforce Supply Management Accountable for fleet acquisition targets across both Own Fleet and Sub-Contractor Fleet to ensure sufficient rider/driver supply in alignment with business growth and operational requirements. Develop and execute workforce acquisition strategies through online and offline channels to attract qualified riders/drivers for both Own Fleet and Sub-Contractor operations while maintaining optimal acquisition costs. Partner with Sub-Contractors to drive rider/driver recruitment activities, monitor recruitment performance, and ensure workforce availability meets agreed service levels and operational demands. Establish and manage recruitment pipelines, sourcing channels, referral programs, and recruitment campaigns to maintain a sustainable rider/driver supply. Monitor and analyze recruitment funnel performance, workforce capacity, attrition, churn, and utilization metrics across Own Fleet and Sub-Contractor Fleet, providing actionable recommendations to close supply gaps. Collaborate with Operations, Commercial, HR, and Sub-Contractor partners to ensure effective onboarding, deployment, engagement, and retention of riders/drivers. Develop workforce planning and forecasting models to anticipate business demand and ensure sufficient rider/driver capacity at optimal cost. Lead initiatives to improve rider/driver retention, productivity, engagement, and service quality across both Own Fleet and Sub-Contractor Fleet. Establish performance dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track acquisition effectiveness, workforce quality, retention, and cost efficiency, driving continuous improvement and sustainable growth. JOB SPECIFICATION: Bachelor's Degree in Management, Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or other related fields. Minimum 7 years’ experience in Logistics, supply chain, and 3PL management. Experience in vendor sourcing and truck fleet management will be preferred. Good skill in MS office and Transport management system. Strategic thinking with good analytical and problem-solving skills. Be proactive to propose and develop new ideas. People management skills also good cooperation with the concerned party. Good negotiation, problem-solving & convincing skills. Good in the communication of Thai and English conversation and presenting.
