Project Manager

Communication, coordinate internal resources, client and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Ensure resource availability and allocation. Develop a detailed project plan to track progress. Report and escalate to management as needed. Serves as contact for all Project related issues. Change management ensuring all the appropriate resources are assigned in order to clearly document and agree the changes with the Client and facilitate the deployment of the change within propose solution. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Ability to understand the Business and Project Requirement. Track and monitor the progress of project status. Summarize the content of the meeting to prepare the minutes.
