OCEAN FREIGHT RESPONSIBILITIES: Handle end-to-end ocean freight operations and carrier bookings. Coordinate with customers, carriers, vendors, customs brokers, and internal teams. Monitor shipment status and provide timely updates to customers. Manage shipping documentation, pre-alerts, and operational requirements. Ensure compliance with service agreements and company procedures. Resolve operational and billing issues with relevant stakeholders. Support reporting, collections, and audit activities. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, ocean freight, or air freight operations. Strong knowledge of freight forwarding operations is required. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines. Strong team player with excellent coordination and interpersonal skills. Good command of English, both written and spoken. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and result-driven mindset.
