Expert Recruitment Associate, Thai Speaking

Job Description You will play a critical role in expanding and maintaining our expert pool. You will be responsible for sourcing senior industry professionals, evaluating their expertise through screening calls, and supporting the onboarding process to ensure they are compliant, responsive, and ready to support client projects. This role sits at the intersection of research, operations, and client delivery, ideal for someone detail-oriented, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Your responsibilities will include: • Identifying and sourcing senior industry professionals across various sectors. • Conducting outreach through email, LinkedIn, and phone calls to introduce Konnect Network and engage potential experts. • Assessing experts' backgrounds and expertise through screening calls. • Supporting the onboarding process by collecting required information and ensuring expert profiles are complete and compliant. • Maintaining accurate expert records and database information within our internal systems. • Collaborating with the team on expert network expansion initiatives and other operational projects as needed. Requirements • 0-2 years of work experience in recruiting, consulting, research, or legal services. Fresh graduates are welcome. • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Thai. • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. • Responsible and trustworthy, with high integrity in managing sensitive information.
