Eczewear, a wellness clothing brand ( targeting eczema ppl) is looking for a Deputy Store Manager to join our innovative team! Key Responsibilities: Execute company-defined sales strategies to achieve the brand's monthly sales targets. Enhance customer satisfaction with the brand; ensure store staff provide high-quality pre-sales and after-sales service, proactively and promptly understand customer needs and feedback, maintain interaction with customers, and thus build a loyal relationship between the brand and its customers. Provide customers with professional information on fashion trends, product knowledge, and brand history. Integrate into the team and achieve and exceed personal sales targets. Assist with store display, merchandise organization, and checkout. Qualifications: 3+ years of sales experience, with experience in the fashion or skincare industry preferred. Outgoing, proactive, meticulous, and passionate about providing customer service. Fluent in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin. Able to exceed sales targets. Form 5 or above.
