Talent Acquisition Partner (Future HRBP)

Office Location: Suan Luang, Bangkok Talent Acquisition Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. Partner with hiring managers to understand business requirements and hiring strategies. Source candidates through LinkedIn, referrals, networking, job boards, and direct sourcing. Conduct candidate screening and coordinate interviews. Prepare salary proposals and manage offer negotiations. Maintain recruitment dashboards and hiring reports. Drive employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing activities. Build talent pipelines for future hiring needs. Business Partnering Exposure Participate in workforce planning discussions with business leaders. Support manpower planning and organizational growth initiatives. Partner with managers on talent acquisition strategies. Assist with employee onboarding and probation review processes. Support employee engagement activities. Participate in HR projects and process improvement initiatives. Work alongside HR leaders to gain exposure to HR Business Partner responsibilities. Regional Exposure Support recruitment across Thailand and regional markets. Coordinate with hiring managers across multiple countries. Support cross-border recruitment projects. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum 2–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment. Experience in agency recruitment or in-house recruitment is welcome. Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and social media. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Good command of English. Passion for business partnering and organizational development. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
