We are looking for NOC Engineer - English Skill Work Location: Bang Na - Work in Rotational Shift - 100% onsite Job Description Monitor network and system performance daily, identify irregularities, and report issues promptly. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents to maintain high system availability and performance. Track, document, and manage network incidents, including preparing incident reports. Coordinate with technicians, vendors, and relevant stakeholders to resolve issues. Respond to user requests and provide technical guidance and recommendations. Handle both technical and non-technical support requests from users. Participate in 24/7 shift rotations and on-call support when required. Recommend improvements to network operations and overall service efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in NOC, Network Support, Service Desk, or IT Operations. Communicable English skills (Intermediate level preferred). Experience with ITSM tools, ticketing systems, and/or ITIL processes. Basic knowledge of networking, operating systems, antivirus solutions, backups, servers, and firewalls. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies and environments. Willingness to work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays. If you just finished reading one job ad and felt paralyzed by choice, you're not alone—but this scale is actually an advantage. It means you can afford to be selective.
Start by geography and language. The majority of engineer ads—117,837 of them—have the job posting text written in English. Use that as one filter, but remember: the ad text language tells you nothing about whether the role actually requires you to speak English day-to-day. Read the job description carefully. When you interview, expect the question every engineer hears: 'Tell me about a time you had to debug a problem that wasn't in your job description.' Have a specific story ready—not a general one. Name the tools, the deadline pressure, and what you learned. Hiring managers listen for whether you see problem-solving as part of the role itself, not a favour.
