Junior Shipping Clerk

We are a well-established eyewear manufacturer in Hong Kong and are looking for a Junior Shipping Clerk to join our shipping team. This is an excellent opportunity for entry-level candidates who are interested in developing a career in shipping and logistics. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Key Responsibilities Assist in handling import and export shipping documents, logistics arrangements, and shipping-related licenses. Coordinate with factories, freight forwarders, shipping companies, and internal departments to ensure smooth shipment arrangements. Prepare and process forwarders' online bookings according to shipment schedules. Check, organize, and maintain shipping documentation and records. Perform data entry and update shipment information in the SAP system. Provide administrative support to the shipping team and assist with ad hoc assignments as required. Saturday duty is required approximately once every 3 to 4 months. Requirements Form 5 / HKDSE graduate or above. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Experience in trading or manufacturing companies will be an advantage. Basic knowledge of shipping and logistics operations is preferred but not essential. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel. Experience with Tradelink, customs declaration procedures, and SAP system is an advantage. Able to handle simple email correspondence and daily communication in both English and Chinese. Fair spoken English and Mandarin is preferred. Self-motivated, detail-minded, responsible, and willing to learn. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Immediate availability is preferred. Our Offer Competitive salary and benefits package.
