Operation Manager

About the role ISCM HK LIMITED' is seeking an experienced Operation Manager to join our team in Tsuen Wan, Tsuen Wan District. This full-time role will be responsible for overseeing the operations and pricing strategies within our Freight/Cargo Forwarding business unit. What you'll be doing Manage and optimise the end-to-end freight and cargo forwarding operations to ensure efficient and cost-effective service delivery Develop and implement pricing strategies to maximise profitability while remaining competitive in the market Analyse market trends, customer demand, and operational data to identify opportunities for improvement Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes, streamline workflows, and drive continuous improvement Monitor key performance indicators and provide regular reports to senior management Ensure compliance with all relevant industry regulations and internal policies What we're looking for 8+ years of experience in freight/cargo forwarding operations or a similar logistics role Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing effective pricing strategies Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders Proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve operational excellence Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards What we offer At ISCM HK LIMITED', we are committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment.
