This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth, establish key partnerships, and work closely with both private and public sector stakeholders in a dynamic and evolving market. Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic deployment locations. Build strong relationships with property owners, business partners, and potential operators. Lead partnership development and negotiations to support expansion objectives. Engage with government agencies and relevant authorities to facilitate project execution and secure necessary approvals. Conduct market research and assess growth opportunities, competitive trends, and partnership potential. Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure successful implementation and long-term collaboration. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, International Trade, or a related field. Proven experience in Business Development, Partnership Management, Sales, or Account Management. Strong commercial acumen with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills. Experience working within Southeast Asia; exposure to mobility, transportation, technology, or related sectors is advantageous. Fluent in Thai and Chinese; English communication skills are highly preferred. Strong project management, stakeholder management, and cross-cultural communication abilities. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
