Role: Lead the entire operation from pre-opening: operational planning, SOP development, team building, and opening preparation Full day-to-day decision-making authority as the on-site leader after launch Build and lead the complete operations organization (all departments) from the ground up Provide operational input into design and construction phases Report directly to the overall Project Lead
