To support its next phase of expansion, the company is seeking a strategic and results-oriented Supply Chain Director to oversee end-to-end supply chain functions and drive continuous improvement across procurement, planning, logistics, warehousing, and inventory management. Job Responsibilities Developing and implementing strategic supply chain initiatives to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction Overseeing the procurement of raw materials, components, and finished goods to meet production and sales demands Managing inventory levels and optimizing warehouse operations to minimize stockouts and excess inventory Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as production and sales, to align supply chain processes with the overall business strategy Analyzing supply chain data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions Implementing and managing supply chain automation and technology solutions to streamline processes Monitoring and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards Leading and developing a high-performing supply chain team Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the manufacturing or logistics industry Strong understanding of procurement, inventory management, and logistics best practices Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions Proficient in the use of supply chain management software and data analysis tools Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams Experience in leading and developing a high-performing supply chain team Familiarity with relevant regulations and industry standards in the manufacturing and logistics sectors Attractive salary and generous fringe benefits will be offered to the successful candidates.
