Employee Engagement & Culture Intern Job Summary As a health-technology company, our mission is to bridge the gap in the healthcare system. We are looking for a creative Employee Engagement & Culture Intern to help cultivate a vibrant workplace through team-building and internal communications. Key Responsibilities Assist in planning and executing internal events, team-building activities, and wellness programs. Support the administration of employee recognition programs. Help design and distribute internal communications, such as newsletters or announcements. Assist in conducting culture surveys and compiling feedback to drive engagement improvements. Support the People Team in fostering a welcoming and inclusive company culture. Qualifications Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Communications, Psychology, or a related field. Strong passion for people, culture, and building workplace community. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Creative mindset with an interest in event planning and internal communications. Proactive, organized, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
