Digital Technology Manager

Southland Rubber Company Limited (Head Office) No. 55 Rat Yindee Road, Hat Yai Songkhla Province 90110 We Are Hiring: Digital Technology Manager Responsibilities Lead digital transformation initiatives and technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives. Design and govern enterprise technology architecture covering applications, infrastructure, cloud, cybersecurity, data, and system integration. Manage enterprise systems, digital platforms, and technology solutions to ensure reliability, scalability, security, and performance. Drive business process automation and adoption of digital technologies to improve operational efficiency. Leverage data, analytics, AI, and emerging technologies to generate business value and support decision-making. Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver integrated solutions across corporate and manufacturing environments. Manage technology projects, vendors, budgets, and technology lifecycle initiatives. Lead and develop digital technology teams while fostering innovation and continuous improvement. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or related field. Master's Degree is an advantage Minimum 8 years of experience in software development, digital solutions, or enterprise applications. Minimum 3 years in a managerial or team leadership role. Proven experience leading digital transformation projects and enterprise system implementations. Experience in manufacturing, supply chain, or industrial environments is preferred.
