Responsibilities Process premium payments and manage daily transactions with precision. Prepare and reconcile daily payment reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Assist agents with inquiries related to premium payments. Collaborate with the finance team to ensure timely transaction processing. Handle return payments in accordance with company guidelines. Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies. Provide support for audits and financial reviews as needed. Requirements F.6 or above with minimum of 2 years of experience in a cashier function or finance-related role, preferably in the insurance industry. Ability to accurately process premium payments and reconcile financial transactions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word & Excel. Good communication skills in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. Well attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Hardworking and able to work under pressure.
