Hi-Way Company Limited Bangkok Job Description Support flagship business by designing, developing, and maintaining business applications using Microsoft Power Platform technologies to enhance business processes and operational efficiency. The role works closely with business users, project teams, and IT stakeholders to understand business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver scalable digital applications that improve operational efficiency and user experience. Role and Responsibilities · Gather and analyze business requirements, recommend technical solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. · Design and develop business applications and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform to meet business requirements and improve operational efficiency. · Ensure application quality, performance, and security through testing, issue resolution, application support, and continuous improvement. · Stay updated on Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, Copilot, AI capabilities, and emerging low-code technologies. · Evaluate and recommend new tools, features, and approaches that enhance business value. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related fields. - 0-2 years of experience, fresh graduates are welcome. - Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and Microsoft Access. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Good communication and interpersonal skills.
