Job Summary Support the Bancassurance Strategy & Development team in driving sustainable growth, optimizing sales performance, and delivering strategic initiatives across bank partnerships. This role provides hands-on exposure to performance management, business planning, and cross-functional execution in a fast-paced bancassurance environment. Key Responsibilities: Sales Performance Management & Business Insights Develop and maintain regular performance dashboards and management reports for key stakeholders Track and analyze sales performance across products, bank partners, distribution channels, and customer segments Support target tracking, gap analysis, and identification of growth opportunities to achieve business targets Strategic Initiative & Partnership Support Support the execution of strategic initiatives under bancassurance partnerships (e.g. campaigns and product launches) Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Product, Marketing, Operations, Sales teams) and external bank partners to drive alignment and execution Support the preparation of materials for partner meetings, business reviews, and steering committees Business Planning & Ad-hoc Analysis Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support strategic decision-making, including deep-dives on sales trends, customer behavior, and campaign outcomes Support the development of strategic presentations for senior management Continuously identify opportunities to enhance reporting efficiency, automate processes, and improve data utilization Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Statistics, or a related field 2-4 years of experience in strategy, business analysis, performance management, or data analytics Experience in bancassurance, insurance, financial services, or partnership-driven business is an advantage Skills & Competencies: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups); knowledge of SQL tools is a plus Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines Good stakeholder management and communication skills Contract: 1-year contract (contract renewal is subject to performance) Workplace: Ploenchit Tower (hybrid/office) - BTS Chidlom Working Hours: Monday–Friday: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
