Responsibilities Develop and manage business opportunities with EMS, OEM, and electronics manufacturing customers. Manage and grow customer accounts within the assigned territory, covering Johor Bahru and up to Melaka, Malaysia . Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Identify new design-in opportunities and drive business growth within assigned accounts. Prepare accurate demand forecasts and maintain effective communication to ensure smooth order fulfillment and customer support. Prepare sales budgets, achieve assigned sales targets, and drive revenue growth. Coordinate closely with product marketing, supply chain, and operations teams to support customer requirements. Prepare customer presentations, sales reports, and business reviews using Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel. Proactively follow up on quotations, projects, and business opportunities with a results-driven mindset. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Business, or a related discipline. Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the semiconductor, electronic components, or electronics manufacturing industry. Experience managing EMS/OEM customers is highly preferred. Knowledge of the global semiconductor supply chain and program management will be an added advantage. Strong interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Willing to travel regularly within the assigned territory (Johor Bahru to Melaka) to support customers and develop new business opportunities. Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Preferred Attributes Passionate about sales and business development. Customer-focused with a positive, results-oriented mindset. Willing to build a long-term career in the electronics and semiconductor industry.
