Key Responsibilities Manage and visualize project progress, risks, and issues , and provide clear reporting to stakeholders Serve as the primary communication bridge between Japanese clients and global delivery teams (English-speaking) Facilitate meetings, drive discussions, and support decision-making and stakeholder alignment Prepare and enhance project documentation, including: Progress reports Issue and risk trackers Meeting minutes and executive summaries Coordinate with Japan HQ and regional/global teams in cross-border project environments Drive process improvement and standardization from a PMO perspective to enhance delivery efficiency Requirements Japanese proficiency: JLPT N2 or above (mandatory) -Able to communicate independently with Japanese clients in business settings Business-level English (spoken and written) Experience in at least one of the following areas : -PMO / Project coordination -Bridge SE (BrSE) -Client-facing role in IT projects -IT service desk / technical support (Japanese-speaking environment preferred) Strong documentation skills -Able to produce clear and structured reports, meeting minutes, and trackers Basic IT literacy : -Excel (data tracking, reporting) -PowerPoint (client-facing materials) Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking abilities High attention to detail and ability to work in fast-paced project environments Preferred Qualifications Experience working wit h Japanese clients or in Japanese corporate environments Exposure t o cloud, infrastructure, or cybersecurity projects Hands-on experience with tools such a s Jira, ServiceNow, Asana, etc Practical experience i n project tracking (issues, risks, timelines)
