Manager / Assistant Manager - Talent Acquisition

Job Responsibilities: Being responsible for full life-cycle recruitment i.e., liaising with line manager about job requirement, sourcing using a variety of searching methods, application screening, performing an assessment, conduct an interview, candidate selection, and hiring process. Controlling and following up recruitment processes to ensure the efficient provision of employment within appropriate timeframe. Working closely with line manager to gain a comprehensive understanding of the company’s hiring needs for each position, meet competitive hiring goals and expectations, and ability to advice the line manager to select the most suitable candidates. Strategic sourcing partner and searching channels. Building the relationship and working with recruitment agencies. Adjusting and developing the job description as well as standard, and publishing on job channels. Enhancing recruitment process/ system and initiating new recruitment-related activities. Designing and managing the recruitment & employer branding activities with both relevant internal and external parties. Raising brand awareness in social medias and online platforms. Budget controlling and management. Preparing recruitment and ad-hoc assigned reports. Handling any assigned projects by the management team. Job Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in any related field. Minimum 5 years’ experience in recruitment functions. Experience in the energy business/having industry knowledge would be an advantage. Maturity and adaptability to changes and well-organized. Strong problem-solving and multi-tasking skills. Excellent communication and good interpersonal skills. Logical and analytical thinking. Working well as a team player or an independent agent when required. Fluent in written and verbal English (Minimum 750 TOEIC score). Ability to travel/ work upcountry and abroad. Goal–Oriented, Unity, Learning, Flexible.
