We're looking for an exceptional Financial Controller to lead our global controllership function, champion AI-driven automation, and become a trusted advisor to our CFO and Executive Team. About the Role: As our Financial Controller, you'll own the integrity of the Group's financial reporting across Australia, the US, UK, Canada, New Zealand and Singapore. This is a highly visible leadership role responsible for everything from month-end close and consolidations to statutory reporting, audit, tax, treasury and financial controls. We're looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on environment and embraces technology. At EHPlabs, we believe AI should enhance the finance function, not simply add more people. You'll be empowered to automate processes, improve reporting quality, strengthen controls and help shape the future of finance within a rapidly growing global business. Working closely with the CFO, you'll lead a high-performing finance team while partnering with senior leaders across the organisation to deliver accurate, timely financial insights that support strategic decision-making. Responsibilities: Own the end-to-end month-end, quarter-end and year-end close across multiple international entities Lead group consolidations, multi-currency reporting and Board-level financial reporting Drive continuous improvement through AI, automation and process optimisation Ensure the integrity of the Group balance sheet, including inventory, intercompany and complex accounting areas Lead all external audits and manage relationships with Big 4 auditors across multiple jurisdictions Oversee global tax compliance, statutory reporting and transfer pricing Manage treasury, cash flow forecasting, banking relationships and lender reporting Partner with commercial leaders to provide meaningful financial insights and support budgeting processes Strengthen financial controls, governance and risk management as the business continues to scale Lead, coach and develop a high-performing finance team while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement About you: CA / CPA qualified with significant post-qualification experience, Big 4 trained Proven group controllership experience in a multi-entity, multi-currency international group Deep, current technical strength in consolidation, inventory, intercompany and acquisition accounting Strong understanding of an FMCG business, particularly inventory and trade spend Demonstrated ownership of a statutory audit as the principal point of contact for a Big 4 firm Broad statutory compliance experience across multiple tax regimes AI-first and solutions-oriented: hands-on, comfortable in the detail, and instinctively looking for the automated answer rather than the manual one Strong people leadership skills, with a track record of developing senior accountants Excellent presentation and communication skills, including to Board and investor audiences The pace, resilience and judgement to operate in a fast-growing, high-performing team Highly Preferred: NetSuite experience FMCG, consumer goods or e-commerce background Exposure to transaction diligence, IPO readiness and/or QoE processes About EHPlabs: At EHPlabs we are about leading health and fitness through our ethos of ‘we rise by lifting others’.
