Photographer & Creator Management Source and identify new photographers and creators, including rising talents and professional photographers, to support communication strategies across different product series and campaigns. Coordinate and collaborate with photographers, creators, and content partners to deliver high-quality and effective PR content. Develop and maintain strong relationships with photographers and creators to ensure smooth collaboration and long-term partnerships. Monitor trends, audience behavior, and social engagement to evaluate content performance and identify new seeding opportunities. Photography Workshop Planning Support and develop local photography workshops, including concept development, activity planning, venue selection, and participant coordination. Create workshop experiences and communication angles that align with product positioning and brand objectives. Photography Global Campaign Coordination Coordinate with HQ and APAC teams to align on global campaign directions, communication strategies, and campaign objectives. Develop and execute localized communication plans and content strategies to ensure global campaigns are effectively adapted for the Thailand market. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Some experience or strong interest in photography, camera technology, or the imaging industry is a plus. Good knowledge of photography, camera technology, and current photography trends. Good understanding of social media content, the creator landscape, and audience engagement. Able to identify suitable photographers and creators that align with different product positioning and campaign directions. Good creative thinking and content planning skills. Good English communication skills, both written and verbal. Good coordination and relationship-building skills when working with creators, agencies, and internal teams. Has a strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
