Responsibilities Payroll Management: Oversee and ensure accuracy in payroll processing, overtime calculations, and other compensation-related tasks. Maintain and optimize the payroll system for efficiency. Prepare payroll and benefits reports for management review. Analyze payroll data and trends to support decision-making in HR strategy. Employee Benefits Administration: Plan and manage employee benefit programs such as health insurance, life insurance, and provident funds. Review and recommend updates to benefits packages to align with labor laws and employee needs. Compliance with Tax and Labor Laws: Ensure accurate tax withholding and timely submission of payroll-related tax reports. Comply with labor laws and social security requirements Full-Cycle Recruitment Management Developing new procedures for recruiting (e.g., application, screening processes) and improving the current practices Advising the Hiring Managers on selecting effective recruitment Handle all stages of the recruitment process: job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, assessments, hiring, onboarding, and probation tracking (30/60/90 days). Work closely with the CEO and hiring managers to understand business priorities and deliver hiring solutions accordingly. Draft job descriptions, job analyses and classifications Structure compensation in ways that will yield the highest value for the organization Advise department heads on candidate selection and talent evaluation strategies. Requirements and skills Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Accounting, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience in payroll and benefits management. Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment processes and candidate assessment tools. Experience with MS Office, especially MS Excel / Tiger soft program skill Proficient in using payroll software and MS Excel. Strong knowledge of labor laws, tax regulations, and social security requirements. Fluency in both Thai and English Strong business acumen, hands-on approach, and a collaborative team mindset. Knowledge of Thai labor law and recruitment compliance practices is required. Possesses a strong personality, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, a growth mindset, and a positive work attitude.
