Unit Linked Fund Administration, Analyst

Job Purpose: To support Fund Accounting and Administration with day-to-day operation and assist in execution and implementation of approved plans/initiatives in respect of company’s Unit Linked Business. Responsibilities: Execute Unit link trades Execute investment trades for unit-linked products with Asset Management Companies (AMCs) Mutual Fund units on timely basis using report from the Ingenium system. Ensure accurate and complete updates to Investment Accounting system. Daily Unit Reconciliation Carry out daily unit reconciliations of policyholder units with AMC asset units on daily basis. Unit Price Validation Input unit prices for reasonableness and input unit prices into NAV Application & Ingenium system and ensure unit prices are delivered by AMC as per Operating Memorandum. Monitor fund transactions Monitor discrepancies in fund transactions, unit reconciliations, and pricing to prevent errors and ensure accuracy. Maintain and update Fund Admin SOP and Procedure. Support new enhancement, new fund or product launches including performing UAT and LMTs project.
