Required Experience Minimum experience as a Mandarin Interpreter in a factory/manufacturing or sales/business environment . Strong Mandarin communication skills, both spoken and written . Good understanding of technical and business terminology. Able to work closely with Chinese expatriates/technical advisors and local teams. Strong communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills. Jobdescription: Provide verbal and written Mandarin–English/Indonesian interpretation for the Chinese Technical Advisor. Interpret technical discussions, instructions, meetings, and daily communication between Chinese and local teams. Translate technical documents, reports, manuals, work instructions, and business correspondence. Assist the Chinese Technical Advisor in communicating with production, engineering, sales, and other departments. Facilitate communication during factory visits, production activities, inspections, and technical meetings. Support interpretation during client meetings, negotiations, presentations, and business discussions when required. Coordinate with local employees and management to ensure smooth communication and understanding.
