Key Responsibilities Latin America Project Origination & Market Development Identify and originate renewable energy and infrastructure opportunities across Latin America, including: · Solar PV · Wind · Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) · Gas-to-power / hybrid power solutions · Strategic energy assets supporting digital infrastructure development Build and maintain a qualified project pipeline including: · RTB / near-RTB projects · Greenfield development opportunities · Land opportunities with grid access potential · Existing infrastructure assets suitable for redevelopment Conduct preliminary assessment of: · Resource quality · Grid connection potential · Permitting status · Development timeline · Commercial attractiveness 2.Network & Relationship Management · Mobilize and expand relationships on the energy supply side: project developers, landowners, IPPs, EPC contractors, industrial power consumers · On the demand side: cultivate relationships with data center operators, hyperscalers, and digital infrastructure investors · Navigate regulatory stakeholders: grid companies, energy authorities, environmental and land-use agencies, municipal governments 3. Deal Structuring & Commercial Negotiation · Lead preliminary structuring: project SPV acquisition, co-development JV, land lease / securement, power-solution agreements · Negotiate key commercial terms with project sellers and development partners · Collaborate with NOVVA's legal, finance, and technical teams to diligence and advance transactions · Structure opportunities into bankable, partner-ready project packages Requirements · 8+ years in renewable energy development (developer, originator, BD lead, investment) · Proven experience in Latin America project development or business expansion. · Strong commercial negotiation skills. · English professional working · Willingness to travel across Latin American countries
