Position Summary: The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing all marketing communications and activities to ensure alignment with the company's overall goals. This role involves developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies (online and offline), managing campaigns, and building partnerships to drive business growth. The Marketing Manager will also lead the marketing team to deliver measurable results and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders. Responsibilities: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies, encompassing both online and offline channels. Oversee and manage marketing activities, ensuring effective communication and collaboration with internal and external parties. Identify and evaluate advertising channels to target new customer segments effectively. Source and establish partnerships to create marketing campaigns and expand the customer database. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Analyze marketing data to assess campaign effectiveness, develop strategies, and define KPIs. Prepare and present marketing reports to the management team. Plan and manage media across all channels to enhance communication reach and impact. Develop short-term and long-term marketing plans based on market insights, trends, and consumer needs. Communicate and coordinate with local and international partners to ensure the success of marketing initiatives. Lead, guide, and develop team members to enhance their skills, performance, and potential. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. 5–7 years of experience in marketing. Strong knowledge and understanding of both online and offline marketing. Familiarity with the luxury furniture industry or experience in a related business sector is a plus. Proficient in English communication – listening, speaking, reading, and writing. Skilled in using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and marketing related software. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with the ability to guide and support subordinates effectively.
