Responsibilities Provide legal advice and strategic guidance to management and business units on corporate and commercial matters. Review, draft, negotiate, and revise complex commercial contracts, legal documents, and agreements with significant business impact. Lead contract negotiations with clients, business partners, and external legal counsel to safeguard the Company's interests. Monitor and analyze new laws, regulations, and government policies, assessing their impact on the business and recommending appropriate actions. Manage legal disputes, litigation, claims, and regulatory matters while coordinating with external law firms and legal advisors. Develop legal strategies to minimize legal and business risks across the organization. Supervise, mentor, and develop the Legal team to achieve departmental objectives. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Law (LL.B. / LL.M.). At least 5–10 years of experience in Corporate Legal, Commercial Law, or Business Law. Strong experience in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts. Excellent knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and risk management. Strong analytical, negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills. Experience in managing litigation and working with external legal counsel is an advantage. Leadership experience with the ability to manage and develop a legal team. Good command of both spoken and written English.
