รับผิดชอบการพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์อาหารไทยพร้อมรับประทานระดับพรีเมียม ตั้งแต่ Product Concept, Recipe Development, Product Specification, Trial Production, Costing จนถึง Commercial Production พร้อมบริหารและประสานงานโรงงาน OEM และ Supplier เพื่อให้ผลิตภัณฑ์มีคุณภาพ ต้นทุน และมาตรฐานที่เหมาะสมสำหรับตลาดส่งออก KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Lead end-to-end product development Develop authentic Thai recipes for commercial production Manage OEM / Co-manufacturing partners Develop Product Specification, Recipe, BOM and Costing Coordinate Trial Production and Commercial Production Evaluate OEM manufacturing capabilities Control product quality and consistency Optimize raw material and packaging costs Coordinate with QA & Regulatory Coordinate with Export Sales and Marketing Develop new SKUs and product pipeline Monitor food industry and consumer trends Maintain product development timelines and milestones
