Key responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive human resources strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans Oversee the recruitment, selection, and onboarding processes to attract and retain top talent across all departments Manage employee relations, performance management systems, and disciplinary procedures to maintain a positive workplace environment Lead the design and administration of compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness and employee satisfaction Champion learning and development initiatives, including training programs and career advancement opportunities for staff at all levels Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and industry standards relevant to the hospitality sector in the Philippines Provide strategic guidance to senior management on human resources matters and organizational development Manage the HR budget and oversee the efficiency of HR operations and systems Foster a culture of diversity, inclusion, and employee engagement throughout the organization Handle sensitive employee matters with confidentiality and professionalism, serving as an impartial mediator in disputes What we're looking for Minimum of 8–10 years' experience in human resources management, with at least 5 years in a senior HR leadership or directorate role Proven expertise in strategic HR planning, organizational development, and change management In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws, employment regulations, and compliance requirements Strong experience in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management within a fast-paced hospitality or service industry environment Demonstrated ability to design and implement effective compensation and benefits strategies Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all organizational levels Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven decision-making experience Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred) Relevant HR certifications such as CHRP, PHR, or equivalent are advantageous Proficiency in HR information systems and payroll software Proven track record of successfully building and leading high-performing HR teams
